Educational Consultants believes that there is no better calling than working with a student who will become the building blocks of our community. As we work to help students achieve their dreams, we work with them to build a better future for all of us. We believe substitutes are a crucial part of the educational system. It takes an individual with unique talents, patience, humility, and graciousness that wholeheartedly cares about students to serve in this role.
Professional Development
We are aware of the challenges Charter Schools face to secure substitutes daily. National statistics show that students will be taught by a substitute for the equivalent of one academic year during their educational career from Pre-K through 12th grade. Therefore, we have personally made it our challenge to recruit and provide ongoing professional development to our substitutes. Our recruitment efforts will focus on individuals who love the small school environment, take their role as substitutes seriously, and love students.

Our dedicated Substitute Coordinator will set up a meeting to discuss your substitute needs. Because we will be recruiting substitutes dedicated to your school, please within 24 hours.
